Policy

• The editorial committee members may invite eminent personalities with accomplishments in their fields to contribute informative and inspirational articles for the journal based on their experience.
• Contributed articles from professionals and students should be based on research, case studies or review of good practices.
• The journal is an open forum for articulation of creative and positive thoughts. It’s a peer reviewed and referred journal.
• All articles contributed as well as invited will be reviewed by referees and based on their recommendations, will be accepted for publication. The journal will follow the policy of blind referees for all contributed articles. (The referees will not be informed the name of the authors.) Manuscripts not considered for publication will not be sent back.
• No charges will be levied from authors for contributed papers and the publication will be free of any charge.

GUIDELINES TO AUTHORS

All articles have to comply with the specifications given below:

1. Authors sending papers based on research/case studies must ensure that the paper satisfies all criteria needed for research papers, such as objective of the research, methodology of research (Survey, Case Study and experiment), result and discussions, conclusion etc.
2. The length of the manuscript should not exceed 3,000 words and printed in the Times New Roman Font of the size of 12 in 1.5 line spacing and should not exceed 14 pages of A4 size paper (including tables, figures and references).
3. An abstract not exceeding 200 words and author's brief academic and professional profile in about 60 words, and e-mail address should accompany the paper.
4. Authors must ensure that a soft copy is sent as an e-mail attachment. Contents to be formatted in MS Word-Times New Roman font, size 12 point with 30mm margin on sides. 2 point leading(space) between the lines should be given.
